SeizureLink 30 Day Return for Refund Policy
We are sorry the SeizureLink System did not seem to meet your needs. Please complete the Comment Card, to let us know why you are returning your SeizureLink System. Your comments on why you didn’t want to keep the unit, will not affect your refund. Here is what you need to do in order to get the refund process started:
- Request a Return
You must contact Brain Sentinel to request a refund within 30 days of activating the Hero account or 45 days from the purchase date, whichever occurs first. Your return will not be accepted without a Return Request Form and an RMA number, and you will not receive a refund. To obtain a Return Request Form, either email Brain Sentinel at SLsupport@brainsentinel.com or call at 833-277-5465 to get the process started.
Electrode orders are not eligible for a refund nor returnable.
- Ship your unit.
Ship your SeizureLink System and all associated accessories back to Brain Sentinel.
As part of the Return Process, you will receive a prepaid shipping label to return with your SeizureLink unit. Original shipping fees will not be included in any refund. You will have 14 days to ship the unit back to the manufacturer once you receive the return label. Failure to ship the unit back in this timeframe could make you ineligible for a refund.
Once you have received your shipping label, please follow this procedure:
- Securely pack the SeizureLink unit in its original box with all the accessories taking care to pack the unit to avoid any damage in shipping.
- Attach the shipping label provided to the package.
- Ship the package to Brain Sentinel.
Brain Sentinel does not assume any risk of damage or loss to the unit while it is in transit for a return. You may want to consider purchasing shipping insurance covering the cost of the unit before you ship it.
Once it is received by Brain Sentinel, your unit will be inspected prior to a refund being issued. If the item has physical damage or it is non-functioning due to mishandling of the unit (including dropping the unit and water damage), misuse, missing items, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, water damage, shipping damage or loss of the device, the SeizureLink 30 Day Return items, your inspection may not pass and a refund will not be issued.
